Evolution circuit’s is a family based fitness class designed to cater for all ages and fitness levels. Ben and Aussie have been running this class for over 20yrs using a combination of bodyweight and cardio exercise to push individuals to their limits so they achieve their fitness goals. Evolution personal training believes this session is the perfect environment for parents to demonstrate the importance of fitness and build special bonds with their own children. Evolution boot camp
Evolution boot camp is an outdoor adult only fitness class. This session caters for all levels but will push you so you progressively get fitter and stronger. This class is designed to develop your body strength and fitness capacity and with Ben and Aussie’s motivational skills and passion for exercise you will achieve fitness levels you never expected.
Small group training
Evolution small group training enables you to experience the benefits of 1-2-1 personal training at a more affordable cost. It gives you the opportunity to train with 1, 2 or 3 friends with the motivational support of evolution personal training. Ben’s knowledge and experience enable him to cater for different fitness levels with the group without compromising each individual’s fitness goals.
Personalised nutrition plans
Exercise and nutrition go hand in hand to achieve your health and fitness goals. If you are eating the wrong foods you will not get the results you desire, you cannot out train a bad diet. Evolution personal training take the confusion out of eating the right food at the right times and will design a nutrition plan which will guide you through the correct food you need day by day to achieve your fitness goals.
Bespoke training program
Not everyone needs 1-2-1 personal training; some people just require knowledge and guidance to achieve their fitness goals. At evolution personal training we can design training plans to help you achieve those goals.
Evolution personal training establishes an initial consultation with the client to fully understand their current training, what they want to achieve and the timescale they want to achieve it in. With this information evolution personal training will create a bespoke training programme to do just that. This training programme is then supported by having access to the personal training team by telephone, text and email.
Online nutrition and training plans
If you require guidance and knowledge to achieve your fitness goals through the correct training and nutrition but due to location and time commitments you would struggle to access evolution personal training services face to face then you can access their service online.
Evolution personal training provides access to the team through email, Skype and telephone to establish your requirements and then creates you a specific training and nutrition plan to achieve your goals. Evolution personal training offer regular contact via email, Skype, text or telephone to mentor, motivate and support you as and where needed.
Running development
If you want to improve your running fitness, speed or endurance either as a complete beginner or an advanced runner then evolution personal training can cater for you. International athlete Aussie who still currently represents England has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of running from technique to combination drills which are guaranteed to improve your whole running form and paces.
